How does stemhaus delivery work?
Once you get to the checkout page, enter your postal code to confirm we deliver to your area, then select a preferred time slot from the choices available and we will hand deliver your plant right to your front door.
How long will it take to get my green friends?
Please allow 3-5 business days from when the order is placed to receive your plant. As plants are live and perishable, please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.
We will be in contact should your order become available sooner than the date selected.
What's your delivery cost?
All orders are subject to a flat $10 delivery fee.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to certain boroughs and municipalities on the island of Montreal and surroundings. You can use our postal code tracker at checkout to make sure we deliver to your area.
You don't deliver to my area?
We are just getting things started so don't despair. Stay tuned as we expand our delivery zones, and eventually add pick up options as well!

How does it work?
If you are in the area, or reside outside of our current delivery zones, we offer a pick up option, available from Monday to Friday between 10 - 4 pm. Simply select a day and time slot at checkout, and come by and grab your new plant friend.
Instructions on where to meet are available in the order confirmation and ready for pick up emails that will be sent to you once your order is placed.
Please note that any plants on pre order are not be available for pick up.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not accept any returns on plants, but we guarantee every plant will arrive in its best condition.
We do our best to select plants that are similar to the ones pictured on our website, but as with all living beings, there will be some variation in color, shape, size and texture - making each plant unique in its own way!
I am not happy with my plant ☹︎
If for some reason you are not happy with your plant, please send us an email along with some photos to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will try our best to get everything straightened out.
